An article in Nintendo Dream has said that Chibi Robo for the Nintendo GameCube will utilize the GameCube Mic, according to Nintendojo. The GameCube Mic launched alongside Mario Party 6 last December and is also being used in upcoming titles such as Mario Party 7 and Yoot Saito's Odama.
In other news, there's word from Japan's Nikkei BP that Sony has plans to manufacture only 12 million PSP units for the coming year. In early 2005, Sony had told its component providers to expect orders for about 18 million units. The reason for this change is not known.
