Square Enix annnounced they will bring conversions of Final Fantasy I & II in a single cartridge to the Game Boy Advance, according to Shonen Jump, a Japanese magazine. The title is scheduled to release in Japan this July for 6,090 yen.
According to a translation by Game Science, Final Fantasy I & II will include new content. The magic system has been tweaked and the ability to save anywhere has been added.
A new dungeon called "Soul of Chaos" will be offered in Final Fantasy I, while the story of Final Fantasy II will be expanded with a section called "Soul of Re-Birth".
