Sega of America said it has released Sonic Gems Collection for the Nintendo GameCube. The compilation features several retro Sonic titles including: Sonic CD, Sonic The Fighters, Sonic R, Sonic Spinball, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Sonic The Hedgehog Triple Trouble, Sonic Drift 2, Tails' Skypatrol, and Tails Adventures.

Sonic Gems Collection currently has a 75 percent average review ranking according to GameRankings.com (based on four reviews).
