For those of you who fancy sales numbers, you're in luck. Nintendo of America has said that 500,000 Nintendo DS systems were sold during Thanksgiving week, representing more than 90 percent of all units available in stores across the United States.
Additional shipments are expected to arrive in stores by this weekend. Nintendo said it predicts shipments and furthermore sales of 1 million Nintendo DS units in North America by the end of 2004.
Meanwhile, Nintendo has sold more than 800,000 Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Advance SP units during the past week. The Nintendo GameCube/Mario Kart: Double Dash!! bundle has sold more than 250,000 units since its release in mid-November.
