Spiderman: Mysterio's Menace
Activision, who scored big with its Spiderman games on the Playstation, Nintendo 64, and Game Boy Color consoles, is back again with a Spiderman offering for the Game Boy Advance. Spiderman: Mysterio's Menace is an original game being developed by the same team who brought you the excellent Game Boy Color version: Vicarious Visions. Spiderman looks spectacular; while the GBC version shined as being a fast paced and extremely fun game, the GBA looks to capitalize on the strengths of Spiderman for the GBC, while exploiting the awesome 2D horsepower of the Game Boy Advance.
One of Activision's bigger licensed titles, Spiderman: Mysterio's Menace will definitely be a game to keep your eye on. Though no firm release date or gameplay details have been disclosed, Activision hopes to have the game playable at E3, and plans to release the title by fall 2001.
