Konami Japan to Release Metal Gear Solid Bundle

Konami of Japan said it will release a special edition GameCube bundle for the Japanese release of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes.

The package includes the Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes game, a special Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes GameCube and a bonus disk that will include extra footage along with the original NES version of Metal Gear. A forty-four page art book will round out the package.

The set is retailing for as much as $269 at some online import retailers such as Lik-Sang.com. Konami did not say anything in relation to a release of the bundle outside Japan.
