The Game Critics Awards: Best of E3 2004 have announced the 2004 winners voted on by various developers and media involved in the gaming industry.

On another note, this is the same group of industry individuals whom have voted for "videos" of games for "Best of Show" the past two years. Games that today, have still yet to be released.
