Famitsu analysts Sakurai and Murikami have, in the latest issue of the magazine, laid out some predictions for the performance of various upcoming titles. Specifically, they have some big hopes for Super Mario Galaxy and especially Wii Fit, blowing away all other predictions, even on competing consoles (their highest prediction going to the PS2's World Soccer Winning Eleven 2008, garnering 900k-1 million, according to Sakurai).
