am3 and Toshiba have partnered to begin selling videos designed for playback on the Game Boy Advance in Japan, according to GamesIndustry.biz.

Pikachu's Summer Vacation will be the first video released for 4,980 yen. am3 hopes to eventually release 500 films in the Pokemon series on the format, as well as other television videos. am3 will begin selling the videos at 200 movie theaters through a deal it reached with movie distribution companies Toho and Warner Mycal.

Majesco currently sells videos for the Game Boy Advance in North America called GBA Video. It's currently unknown if am3 will release its product outside Japan.
